I earned multiple Gymbucks. Why did I only receive one coupon?
The total amount of the Gymbucks earned in one transaction is captured on your Gymbucks coupon (received in stores) or online packing slip. You will only receive a single coupon with each purchase, and the value of the Gymbucks coupon dollars earned on your order is printed directly on your store receipt or packing slip.
How much are my Gymbucks worth?
Value for Gymbucks earned in Gymboree retail and outlet stores is listed on your receipt. Value for Gymbucks earned at gymboree.com is listed on your packing slip. All Gymbucks earned at Gymboree Play & Music locations are worth $25.
Can I use my Merchandise Credit to earn or redeem Gymbucks?
Unfortunately, Merchandise Credits are not valid towards Gymbucks at this time.
Am I able to earn Gymbucks when purchasing a Gift Card?
Currently, you are only able to earn Gymbucks when purchasing merchandise. However, the Gift Card recipient can use the Gift Card as a form of payment when earning and redeeming Gymbucks.
How do I redeem my Gymbucks at a Gymboree retail store or gymboree.com?
You may redeem $25 worth of Gymbucks for every $50 you spend - for savings of up to 50% off! For store and outlet redemption, bring your store receipt or gymboree.com packing slip, plus attached Gymbucks coupon. For online redemption, enter your Gymbucks number and PIN found on your online packing slip or on your Gymbucks coupon. How do I redeem my Gymbucks at a Play & Music location?
New families may redeem $25 Gymbucks toward class enrollment at participating Gymboree Play & Music locations in the U.S. and Canada. Visit www.gymboreeclasses.com to find a location near you.
Can I redeem my Gymbucks at a Gymboree Outlet?
Yes, now you can redeem your Gymbucks at Gymboree Outlet.
Can I return merchandise purchased with Gymbucks?
We will gladly accept returns for purchases made with Gymbucks. However, please note that you will be credited for the price paid after your discount on all returned or exchanged items. To review our complete return policy, please click here.
Is it possible to use my Gymbucks during the next redemption period?
Gymbucks coupon dollars are only valid during the dates printed on the coupon. Unfortunately, expired Gymbucks cannot be redeemed or replaced.
Can my Gymbucks be combined with a free shipping & handling promotion?
If a free shipping & handling promotion is offered during Gymbucks redemption, your pretax subtotal after you have applied your Gymbucks and Gymboree Visa discounts must meet the required free shipping & handling subtotal to receive free standard U.S. delivery when shipping to a single address.
What happens if an item goes out of stock before my order is shipped?
The Gymbucks discount is applied as a percentage off of every item on your purchase. In the rare event that an item is not available to ship with your order, the percentage discount on the remainder of your purchase will remain the same.

How do I place an order?
Ordering online at gymboree.com is easy. From the View Checked Items, Outfits or product pages, simply select the size and quantity of the item you would like and click Add to Bag. Once you are finished shopping, click on the Shopping Bag button at the top right hand corner of the page to review your items, then click Checkout to begin the Checkout process.
How does real time inventory work?
Our inventory is managed in real time. Product availability is displayed on each product page. It is important to know that your shopping bag will not reserve the actual inventory on your order until the Checkout process is complete. On occasion, items in your shopping bag can become "Out of Stock" before the Checkout process is complete. If this occurs you will be sent back to the shopping bag, where the item will display an "Out of Stock" message. To proceed with your Checkout, you will need to either select another size (if available), or remove the product completely from your shopping bag. This usually occurs on items, such as sale merchandise, with low inventory levels of only 1 or 2 units.
Why are products removed from my shopping bag?
A product can be removed from a customer's shopping bag if it was saved in the bag during a previous session and has sold out since that session. In this case, the product will be automatically removed from the bag in the next session.
What size is the right size?
Select the right size using our Gymboree size chart. Simply look for the child's age, height, or weight to ensure that your purchase will be the appropriate fit.
How do I pay for my order?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and Discover/Novus), as well as Gymboree Gift Cards and Electronic Gift Cards. Gymboree paper Gift Cards and Merchandise Credit vouchers currently cannot be used online.
Is my credit card secure?
The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our customers is of utmost concern to us. We take great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your computer to our servers. For instance, when credit card information is transmitted, we use the industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. SSL encryption is a method by which information is encrypted while being transmitted over the Internet. While no method is completely impenetrable, SSL is the state-of-the-art encryption technology used in e-commerce today. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we are committed to protecting your personal information, Gymboree cannot entirely ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.
The protection of your personal information is important to Gymboree, and as a result, we do not accept orders via email. We will gladly accept your order by phone at 1-877-4-GYMWEB (1-877-449-6932). Our Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (PT).
How quickly will my order be processed?
All domestic orders received prior to 12:00 p.m. (noon), Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are processed within 1 - 2 business days upon credit card validation. Standard delivery shipping takes 3 - 8 business days after order processing. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and the U.S. Territories are shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail and may take up to 20 business days for delivery. Rush delivery and Next Day delivery are also available to most addresses. When will my credit card be charged?
Your debit or credit card will be pre-authorized at the time your order is submitted. The funds will be held by your bank, which may affect your account balance. Gymboree is not responsible for overdraft fees. Your debit or credit card will be charged at the time the order ships.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Gymboree.com currently ships to many countries in Europe, Asia, North America and South America as well as to Military (APO/FPO) addresses and U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Pacific Islands, Guam and American Samoa). What are the benefits of creating an account online?
Make shopping at gymboree.com faster and easier by creating an account online. You will be able to track your orders, save addresses, manage your password, set special event reminders, create your child’s personal store (My Gymboree), check your Gift Card balance, check your Gymboree Rewards information, and cancel orders (within an hour of placing them). To create an account, go to the "My Account" link at the top of the page. It only takes a few minutes and you can update or view your account at any time. How can I cancel my order?
If you have a Gymboree account and would like to cancel an order that was placed within the hour, you can do so by signing in and canceling your order in the "Order History / Status" section of My Account. If you do not have an account, you may contact a Customer Service Team Member at 1-877-4-GYMWEB (1-877-449-6932) within one hour of placing your order. Once your order has entered into our shipping & handling process (which occurs one hour after you submit your order), it cannot be cancelled.
Why does Gymboree charge sales tax on online orders?
Gymboree is required by law to charge sales or use tax in any state in which it has a physical presence. (We currently operate retail stores in all 50 states.) The actual tax rate applied to your purchase is based on the destination of the order. Please note some states require us to tax shipping & handling charges as well as merchandise.
How much can I purchase of a single style?
We do not authorize the purchase of our merchandise for resale purposes. To enforce this policy, we reserve the right to limit purchases to five (5) items per style excluding "stock accessories"), per color, per customer, regardless of size of the merchandise. We also reserve the right to cancel multiple orders of merchandise purchased in violation of this policy. We may modify this policy at any time for any reason and we may make exceptions to this policy, as we deem appropriate.
This Limits on Purchases Policy applies to purchases made at our Gymboree stores, Gymboree Outlet stores, and on www.gymboree.com.

Gift Cards & Certificates
Gymboree Gift Cards, Electronic Gift Cards and Play & Music Gift Certificates
A Gymboree Gift Card is a pre-paid debit card similar to a gift certificate. It can be used to buy merchandise at any U.S. Gymboree retail or outlet store and online at www.gymboree.com. Gymboree Gift Cards are not redeemable at Gymboree Play & Music locations.
The Gymboree Electronic Gift Card functions in much the same way as a Gift Card. However, Electronic Gift Cards are delivered to their recipient via email and are only redeemable online at gymboree.com. It will take up to 1 business day to process all Electronic Gift Card orders upon credit card validation.
The Gymboree Play & Music Gift Certificate is a pre-paid paper certificate, and is redeemable only at Gymboree Play & Music locations.
Purchasing a Gymboree Gift Card, Electronic Gift Card or Play & Music Gift Certificate
Gymboree Gift Cards, Electronic Gift Cards and Play & Music Gift Certificates may all be purchased online at gymboree.com. Gymboree Gift Cards may also be purchased in Gymboree retail or outlet stores. Electronic Gift Cards may be purchased online only. Using a Gymboree Gift Card, Electronic Gift Card or Play & Music Gift Certificate
Gymboree Gift Cards may be used at any U.S. Gymboree retail or outlet store and at www.gymboree.com. (Gymboree Gift Cards may not be used at Gymboree Play & Music locations.) Gymboree Electronic Gift Cards may only be redeemed at gymboree.com. Gymboree Play & Music Gift Certificates may only be redeemed at Gymboree Play & Music locations.
In stores, the Gift Card works just like a debit card. The Associate swipes it through the register and deducts the amount from the card.
At gymboree.com, you'll find a place to enter your Gift Card (or Electronic Gift Card) number and PIN in the Billing section of Checkout. You must click on "Apply" for the Gift Card to be applied to your order. If the amount of your Gift Card (or Electronic Gift Card) does not cover your order total, you will be requested to select an additional payment method. If the amount of your Gift Card (or Electronic Gift Card) is more than your order total, the remaining balance will stay on the Gift Card
Gymboree Play & Music Gift Certificates are redeemable for goods and services only at U.S. Gymboree Play & Music locations and must be presented at time of purchase. If the purchase amount is less than total value of the Gymboree Play & Music Gift Certificate, a new Gymboree Play & Music Gift Certificate will be issued to you at the remaining value. If the Gymboree Play & Music Gift Certificate being redeemed has balance less than total amount of purchase, you'll need cash or a credit card to pay the remaining balance of the purchase. Gymboree Play & Music Gift Certificates may not be applied as payment to any account or redeemed for cash except as required by applicable law. Also, please be aware that Gymboree can not be responsible if your Gymboree Play & Music Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, or used without your permission.
What is a PIN number and where do I find it?
A PIN is a personally identifiable number that is unique to each Gift Card or Electronic Gift Card. To find the 4-digit PIN on a Gymboree Gift Card, scratch off the silver strip on the back of the Gift Card next to the Gift Card number. The PIN is included in the email for an Electronic Gift Card. There are no PIN’s on Gymboree Play & Music Gift Certificates.
How do I check the balance of my Gymboree Gift Card, Electronic Gift Card or Play & Music Gift Certificate?
Within My Account on gymboree.com, you can check the balance on your Gymboree Gift Card or Electronic Gift Card. To create an account, click on the My Account link at the top of the page and follow the instructions. To check your balance, go to the Gift Card / Electronic Gift Card section of My Account, enter the Gift Card number and PIN and click Submit. The balance remaining on the card will be displayed. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer this balance lookup service for Gymboree Play & Music Gift Certificates at this time.
Can I use my Canadian Gift Card online?
Sorry, Canadian Gift cards cannot be redeemed online at this time. They may only be redeemed in Canadian Gymboree stores.
Can I consolidate my Gymboree Gift Cards into one Gift Card?
Not at this time. We are currently working to provide this enhancement.
How many Gymboree Gift Cards can I use during one transaction/purchase?
You may use more than one Gymboree Gift Card per transaction in stores. At gymboree.com, up to five (5) Gift Cards can be entered in Checkout. If you wish to place an online order with more than five (5) Gift Cards, you will need to call Customer Service at 1-877-449-6932 for assistance. Our Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (PT).
What happens when all the card value is used? Should I throw the card away?
Once you run out of funds you may not add additional funds to the Gymboree Gift Card at this time. We are currently working to provide this functionality.
Will any Service or Dormancy Fees be charged to my Gymboree Gift Card?
There are no Service or Dormancy Fees associated with the Gymboree Gift Card.
My card no longer works. Can it be replaced?
We will be happy to replace your damaged Gymboree Gift Card or merchandise credit free of charge so long as the card number and balance can be verified.

How do I use my paper Gymboree Gift Certificate or paper Merchandise Credit?
Due to a systems conversion, our U.S. stores are no longer able to accept paper Gift Certificates or paper Merchandise Credits. Please call Customer Service at 1-877-4-GYMWEB (1-877-449-6932) to obtain a replacement Gift Card or Merchandise Credit card.
What can I do if I've lost my Merchandise Credit, Gift Card or Electronic Gift Card?
Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards, Merchandise Credits, or Electronic Gift Cards may be replaced with a new Gift Card, Merchandise Credit, or Electronic Gift Card for the remaining balance upon presenting an original sale or gift receipt. However, if you have retained your card number and PIN you may use them to purchase online.
How do I redeem unused Gift Certificates and Merchandise Credits issued at UK and Ireland stores that are no longer open for business?
As a result of the closure of Gymboree stores in UK and Ireland in 2004, the Company shall continue to honor unused gift certificates and/or merchandise credits ("GC/MC") issued at those stores subject to the terms and conditions of our replacement policy. Unused GC/MCs issued at our UK and Ireland stores are eligible for replacement either in the form of a cash refund, gift card or electronic gift card (valid toward purchases at www.gymboree.com). Gift Cards Purchased Online - Terms and Conditions
The use of this card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. This card is redeemable for merchandise only at U.S. Gymboree stores and online at www.gymboree.com and cannot be redeemed at Gymboree Play & Music sites. Purchases will be deducted from the card balance until the value reaches zero. The card may not be applied as payment to any account except as required by applicable law. This card may be redeemed for cash if the balance is less than $10, except as otherwise required by law. Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards may be replaced for the remaining balance at the time of notice upon presenting an original sale or gift receipt. Any term is void where prohibited by law. Does Gymboree franchise its retail stores?
Our retail stores are owned and operated by the Gymboree Corporation and are not franchised. Our Play & Music Programs, however, are franchised throughout the United States and internationally. Does Gymboree have a catalog?
At this time, Gymboree does not have a printed catalog. You may browse our website to view our current collections of apparel and accessories for children from newborn to 12 years of age.
Does Gymboree offer donations?
At this time we are unable to buy advertisements, make monetary donations, donate clothing, sponsor events or make donations to individuals. If you represent an eligible non-profit organization and are interested in receiving a gift card please mail or fax your request to:

What do I do if I have a defective item?
At Gymboree we pride ourselves on the high quality of our products. If an item you have purchased is defective, bring the purchase receipt or entire packing slip to any Gymboree store, and our Team Members will offer you a full value exchange or credit. If the item was purchased online, you may also return it to us by mail.
